Not ready for prime time

Yesterday, something told me to open up an old email account that I seldom use, and much to my surprise, it had an email notification of a new lead from one of my landing pages.

Now keep in mind, this was a landing page that I haven’t even thought about promoting until recently.

So that’s why I never got around to updating the page with my new email, by the way I use gmail for all my projects.

The sad part about it was, I probably wasted good lead and blew a opportunity to help someone.

Even though I have not been actively promoting this product, the fact of the matter was, ‘I wasn’t ready for primetime.’

So, if you are thinking about promoting that awesome product or your next company event, the first thing that you need to do is, make sure that you cross all of your T’s and dot all of your I’s.

That way, you won’t end up like me, caught with your pants down and not ready for primetime.
